WORKOUTS
There are numerous training methods and the most important thing being the fact, that you have to enjoy the training so that you can achieve the best result. Therefore, I am going to find the right one that will make you feel your best and also protect you from injuries or allow you to work around them.
PERSONAL GYM
You won’t have to worry about a purchase of a separate subscription and you won’t be bothered by the people around you. Trainings are individual – between the client and the trainer.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage relieves muscle tension, reduces the risks of injuries and sprains, improves blood circulation and lymph flow, and relieves the discomfort of tight muscles. It is possible to receive a massage immediately after training.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is very important if you desire to change your appearance, improve your well-being and health. My goal is to make you understand this so that you can achieve long-term results.
Training plan
WARM-UP
Each training begins with warming up the muscles and joints. Warming up before training is very important to protect yourself from unnecessary injuries during training.
CARDIO
One of the best types of cardio is boxing, its elements are added at the end of the training to make it more interesting and increase its intensity.

TRAINING
After the warm-up, we start training. The training is adapted to each client individually, depending on physical preparedness and the set goals.
COOL-DOWN
Just like the warm-up, the cool-down after the training is also very important. It is important to increase the flexibility of your muscles while they are warm, it will make you feel better on a daily basis and protect you.
